1967 Epiphone Model 100 (EA100)

Picked this old tube amp up on eBay for $100. Needed a cap job, grounded 3-prong cord and the death cap removed. Had some help with those issues and I cleaned and reglued the amp cabinet. The center knob was missing and replaced with a close match off eBay. This amp sounds like shit. Possible speaker issues?
